Scope - Design a set of hot gas heat exchanger stacks and support structure. Flow of gas and cooling air opposed with continuous flow from inlet to outlet. Connecting hoppers to catch dust particles with drain. Access to lower and upper areas required.
Materials - MS structure, MS & ST/ST stacks according to relevant temperatures. Open mesh flooring, welded kickflats, modular welded handrails.

Scope - Design process silo's and access structure for a new installation. Multi level access from floor. To be a modular structure that can be extended to 6x silos in the future.

Scope - Design a weld chamber for pipe induction welding. Transition in X, Y, Z directions for chamber alignment requiring a multi layer assembly. Alignment and temperature sensors with water quench all internally mounted. NDT testing equipment on upper area for weld testing after completion.
Materials - ST/ST construction. Aluminium and brass fittings with bronze induction coil.

Scope - Design a support and control structure for a vertically transitioning tower. Winches to control movement with guide rollers in both directions with locks to hold the tower once in position. Access required to all mechanical equipment on upper level.

Scope - Design a support and access structure for a new line of cooling ducts. Main floor standing tower support with internal access from floor level. Front end multi level access around inlet area to tie into current steel. Support bridge to rest on current steel with a support trestle to other end.

Scope - Design an access structure for 2x silo's currently installed on-site. Access to upper area must be gained from an existing platform. Certain areas beneath the structure must remain clear for access and other equipment. Lift beam required for motor maintenance.

Scope - Design an underpan for a material screening area. Assembly must be broken down into small section fabrications with bolted connections for site sub-assembly and single lift into position.
